Are prices in Cayman Islands Dollars or United States Dollars ?

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are translated at $0.84 KYD/USD.

Are Items on Island ?

Yes, all products in our web-store (apart from those in our Special Orders Catalog) are stocked in Grand Cayman.

Am I Required to Register with Caymanitepink ?

Yes, customers must register in order to place orders on our website. One can register in advance or be prompted on check out of the web store.

Can I place orders via email and the post office ?

Yes, however, all orders placed via email or post will be treated as Cash On Delivery orders with the appropriate delivery fee being charged.  These orders must be paid in cash, by debit or credit card via our mobile terminal on delivery. You may also place your order by printing our Order Form and mailing it to us with a check or draft enclosed or pay by Cash / Debit / Credit card on delivery of your order. Please be aware that orders placed with personal checks as payment require an additional week to process.

Can I place an item on layaway ?

No, at this time we are not set up to handle layaways.

What are my Payment Options ?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We accept cheques only for orders sent via mail. For your security please do not send cash with mail in orders. Can I Purchase a Gift Certificate ?

Yes, we allow customers to purchase gift certificates offline via cash, credit and debit cards and we credit them to the recipient's account.  We also allow customers who wish to purchase gift certificates via cheque to mail in payments together with details for the intended recipient and our staff will credit them to the recipient's account once the cheque has cleared.

Is Gift Wrapping Available ?

Yes, we take pride in our packaging - each order is carefully wrapped in Caymanite colors and placed inside an unmarked shipping box, envelope or bag. We offer wrapping services for a small fee that is donated to charity.

Can I Order and Send a Gift to Someone Special ?

Yes, we handle all orders discretely and will keep the nature of all transactions confidential. All gifts are delivered with gift invoices that are quite similar to our content invoices with the exception that they do not contain pricing information. Please be aware that the order confirmation email does contain pricing information regardless of the type of invoice accompanying the shipment. Also, the customer must specify the ship to address to be different from their billing address.

Where Can I Enter a Discount or Promotional Code ?

To use one of these codes, please enter the code on the "Payment" page of our checkout process. If you place your order via email or mail, please inform us that you have a code. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

Do we accept international orders ?

Yes we accept orders from international customers. We ship via International First Class Mail,  Air Parcel and Express Mail Service.

Terms & Conditions - Return and exchange policy

We want you to love your purchase, every time you shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just maintain the unworn item in re-sellable condition & original packaging with tags. You may return it for a credit or exchange. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date. Due to the delicate nature of bathing suits, garments must be in their original condition with hang tags and sanitary protection in place. Thongs, g-strings and items from our accessories department are not returnable or exchangeable. Garments that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

How do I Return or Exchange an Item ?

To process a return or to make an exchange, simply send us an email to stating the invoice number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Print the message received, enclose it in the same package with your garment and ship it back to us. We suggest you use a traceable method like registered mail to ensure a safe delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once your package is received and according to your instructions, we will send you an exchange, or will issue a refund, to the original form of payment, within 15 business days.

Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
